RETURN POLICY
At Jagoff Sauce, we want you to love every bottle you order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened products in their original packaging and condition.
To start a return, please contact us at support@jagoffsauce.com with your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unopened and sealed
• Product must be in its original packaging
• Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your order. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@jagoffsauce.com so we can make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns on opened products, used items, sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, provided the item is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging and condition.
