We work hard to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Jagoff Sauce is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@jagoffsauce.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Jagoff Sauce is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged, email support@jagoffsauce.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout where applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
